Ta' Monita Residence

Ta’ Monita Estates Ltd, is a joint venture between the Tumas Group and the Gasan Group. The Development

Prices

Prices for finished studio apartments range from €105,000 to €160,000; 1 bedroom apartments from €98,000 to €130,000; 2 bedroom apartments from €133,000 to €250,000 and 3 bedrooms from €158,000 to €420,000. 

Penthouse which are sold in shell form start from €333,000. The apartments are freehold. 

These are launch prices and apply to the first few sales only and are subject to change without notice. 

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

Step 1: 10% on signing of the Preliminary Agreement representing a deposit on account of the purchase price. 

Step 2: 40% on completion of apartment in shell form or within three months of signing of the Preliminary Agreement whichever is the later. 

Step 3: 20% on completion of electrical and plumbing conduits, floor tiles and plastering (1st fix). 

Step 4: 20% on completion of bathroom tiling and installation of external doors and windows (2nd fix). 

Step 5: 10% on completion of the unit and block.
